Miraya graduated from Simon Fraser University’s The Writers Studio in 2018, where she was mentored by the wonderful Eileen Cook. She co-hosts the writing podcast, The Tea Grannies, with Elise Volkman and is currently working away on edits for her fantasy romance novel. Outside of her day job at her family business, she’s an avid equestrian and is passionate about animal welfare.
Miraya lives in Langley, BC with her husband, rescue dogs, and horses. In the summer months, she can be found at local show jumping competitions with her beloved mare, Ladue. Her lifelong dream is to own a farm where she can pet her horses from the kitchen windows.
